Sponsorship Terms & Conditions

Sponsorship Package Inclusions:
- Table for 8 people at the Awards evening
- Company logo on all marketing material
- Company nominee to present the sponsored Award
- 30-second video introducing your company prior to the sponsored Award announcement
- Opportunity to host an activation at the Awards event.
Sponsorship bookings close 30 September 2021.
Sponsorship categories exclude the Chairman’s Award and Hall of Fame.
Sponsors cannot sponsor a category for which they have been nominated (where applicable).
Sponsorship opportunities to AOL members and Bud Licensees only. Proof of Bud Licensee or AOL membership will be requested after booking.
Event will be held in line with current COVID-safe practices as directed by local Government health advisors.
Due to the nature of the pandemic, the event may be cancelled at late notice, or dates may be changed in compliance with state-based health guidance. AOL will endeavour to contact all registrants as soon as we are made aware of any changes.
In cases of event cancellation due to COVID travel restrictions/ Force Majeure, packages will be fully refundable.
