Jackie brings a wealth of experience delivering transformation and innovation in complex industries including media, payments, accounting, retail and wine, both in Australia and abroad in the US, UK and Asia. Jackie grew up in the Southern Highlands and Hunter regions of New South Wales, before studying Science at Sydney University. She is passionate about securing a healthy and sustainable future for Australia's world-renowned produce and our unique natural environment, as well as supporting Australian businesses to innovate and punch above their weight on the global stage.
Tom joined Australia Organic Limited in July 2025 as the Government Affairs and Policy Manager with a background in policy work within Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry. Tom oversees AOL’s research and policy work including positions on policy and legislation affecting the organics industry.
Alex joined AOL in January 2023 as an intern before eventually progressing to the role of Research Officer in September, mainly providing support to the Technical & Research Manager. Armed with degrees in Agribusiness and Wildlife Science (coupled with some background in Psychology) she brings a unique perspective that enriches her contributions to AOL.
