250g organic savoury yeast flakes

1/2 cup organic cornflour maize

1 tsp Himalayan salt

1/4 cup vegan butter

1 pack of organic linguine

3 cups left over pasta water

fresh herbs to season

Make it:

Melt butter in a saucepan then add dry ingredients and gradually add water to create a smooth paste.

Pour on top of cooked pasta and sprinkle with fresh herbs.
