The Royal Agricultural Society of Victoria (RASV) annually conduct the Australian Food Awards, Australia’s leading national food awards program that celebrates excellence and recognises the best producers of premium food across the country.
The Australian Food Awards is currently accepting entries across eight overarching categories, including Free from / Organic.
Industry bodies play an integral part in the Australian Food Awards and the RASV would welcome your support in sharing the news with your members and encouraging producers to enter the Free from / Organic category.
There are several opportunities provided to Australian producers via the Australian Food Awards, including exclusive exhibitor tasting and networking events, benchmarking products, receiving invaluable feedback from industry experts and opportunities to be showcased at international and local trade shows.
Entries close on Friday, 26 May with more than 100 leading industry experts judging the categories from 6 to 20 July. The winners will then be announced at a gala awards dinner in Melbourne in September 2017.
