Ms. Arnold was previously Head of International Development and Marketing at Harvest Education Technical College (H.E.T.C) where she gained extensive experience in international legislation and global people management.
Her experience across sales and marketing, change management, communication and strategic planning were key factors to her appointment. Ms Arnold is highly skilled in transformational change, developing strong partnerships and operational management and has led many high performing teams with her ability to collaborate and inspire.
Our Chairman Andrew Monk, said of the appointment, “On behalf of the Australian Organic board, we are pleased to announce that Emily has joined us in the position of General Manager. Her drive, passion and personal commitment to the organic industry were strong factors in our decision to appoint her to the role.”
Monk continued, “Emily has plans to drive significant and ongoing change over the coming 24 months and will be executing a new strategy for Australian Organic Ltd with the vision to grow and diversify revenue. She will be instrumental in strengthening member engagement, increasing industry and consumer awareness around the benefits of organics which will further cement Australian Organic as an industry leader.
