AuthenticateIt – Consumer authenticity app

Australian Organic has partnered with AuthenticateIt to provide consumers with an extra line of defence when it comes to shopping for organic products. AuthenticateIt is a free app (available from the app store), which, upon scanning a product’s barcode, provides information to consumers relating to its certification details (if applicable), product/brand/company information, product recall status, and more.

Product 360

Much more than a brand protection platform – AuthenticateIt’s powerful consumer engagement and marketing tool, Product 360, opens up a direct line of communication between brands and their consumers, providing brands with reimagined possibilities of consumer engagement.

Product 360 provides the opportunity to attach product information, brand videos, interesting facts and background stories to a product’s barcode, as a way of creating consumer awareness and teaching consumers about the product/brand upon scanning a barcode. Product 360 also enables brands access to consumer data analytics including scanning, traffic, demographics, etc.
